And that's all you need to hear to know that it's really bad. Any lawyer will tell you that you never ask a question that you don't want the answer to being a part of the public record. The only time they stop tracking anything is because they already know that the data doesn't support their political position. They would rather be able to claim to not know than have people point at the actual data and say, "You lied."

OSHA calls them a, "side effect," and position themselves so as to not require employers to record occupational illness when you are sick the day after your second shot. However, "side effect," goes from a sick day all the way through fatal vaccine injury - and I agree that they do not differentiate by magnitude of the problem from reading their information.

Now the thing that I don't understand, and I have not read this article yet, is whether or not the employer still has liability even if the event is not recordable or reportable to OSHA.
