One thing I would say is MS is a hard diagnosis anyway and with the spike proteins acting on nerves like they can I would tell her it might be a misdiagnosis and to wait.
There aren't really any very effective treatments anyway are there?
Give her some hope.
Its a weird disease even if she does really have it.
The one thing I personally wouldn't do is start a lot of extensive drugs unless you have really researched how much they actually help because starting new drug interactions will make it impossible to get a clear second or third diagnosis over time.
Make SURE she is taking at least 10,000 IU of vitamin D a day. Vitamin D insufficiency causes all kinds of weird pribpems a most old people get no sun and are severely deficient.
