Persons were considered fully vaccinated ≥14 days after receipt of the second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines) or after 1 dose of the single-dose Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) COVID-19 vaccine; partially vaccinated ≥14 days after receipt of the first dose and <14 days after the second dose in a 2-dose series; and unvaccinated <14 days receipt of the first dose of a 2-dose series or 1 dose of the single-dose vaccine or if no vaccination registry data were available

My understanding:

Fully jabbed - 2 weeks or more has passed since taking the 2nd pfizer or moderna (p or m) jabs or after the j&j "one and done" jab. This does NOT include those who took the 2nd shot but 14 days haven't passed yet, nor does it include those who took the j&j less than 2 weeks ago at the time of the data entry. Instead these seem to be part of the "partially jabbed" crowd even though they probably belong in this category.

Partial - ≥ 2 weeks or more passed since 1st p or m jabs BUT less than 2 weeks passed since taking the 2nd. This should really only include those who took 1 shot of the p or m poison but for some (((reason))) they include those who were recently fully (<14 days) jabbed.

Unjabbed - less than 2 weeks passed since taking 1st p or m jabs or the j&j jab, or if it's unknown if anything was taken. Completely useless category as the only ones who should be in this category are those who have confirmed they did not take anything at all. There should be an "unknown" category for the beaners and other retards are who cannot explain if they got any shots or not. And as for the ones who recently took the 1st shot of the p or m crap, they should be placed in the "partial" category.

Man, the shlomos at CDC are really doing whatever they can to make it difficult for us to do proper analysis while making it look like things are bad to the midwit journos and to the ignorant public. Fucking yids.
