I called to schedule a neuter for my new kitten. My vet insisted that he need a URI vaccine and said that it was required for the neuter. I lied and said he already got one from his foster home. A freaking flu vaccine for a cat??? And the receptionist said, "oh, I don't understand why you'd be worried a second one won't hurt him and we give it after the surgery."
