Just another reason added to a huge list of reasons never to go to New York on purpose.

Yep. No desire to go anywhere I have to show my papers to get in for something as simple as a sammich.

You need someone to make you a sammich then the vaccine is the least of your problems. Hell I can outmake any restaurants sandwich or sub but I've been single for decades so I like to eat great food at not restaurant prices. I made a sub with 5 layers each with cheese and meat and it's toasted with each layer as it's added 5 times and it's so good you can feel your blood slowing down as you eat it. I ended up giving half to my neighbor back then and his eyes would like up whenever I asked if he wanted that half a sub. He said it was the best sub he ever had since I held nothing back.

BTW use a full loaf of garlic bread so as you keep putting it in the oven the garlic bread cook a little more each time middle rack on cooking sheet broil setting to melt the cheese and have the meat of first layer hanging over the edge so the edges of garlic bread do not burn or overcook. Black olives, tomato dices, sweet onion dices, and lettuce and mayo, and one time some chunk blue cheese dressing to make it mind numbingly great.

I don't, but if I'm out somewhere and would like a light meal, I don't feel like showing my papers please to get it.
