Thats 100% an allergic reaction, its not something most people would get.
Also they ask when you get your second shot if you had any symptoms after the first, maybe she had a similar but less severe reaction from the first vaccine but didn't report it.
Theres no need for her to tell others not to get the vaccine just because her feeble body rejected it.
There's plenty of reason for her to tell people to not get the vaccine. They just may not have anything to do with her reaction to it.
If its not to do with her reaction to it, then she shouldn't have gotten it in the first place as people told her on social media.
'I wanted life to return to normal' etc, sure and maybe other people do as well? If you willingly got it then don't run around telling people not to just because you swelled up everywhere.
This is one of the only places I've ever been where people actually ream other people out for NOT being Contrarian.
