Psychology of the masses is the key here I guess. I don't know enough about it to give an elaborate opinion or discuss it in depth, but the shit that is being sent on TV and published by media giants creates some kind of authority and the impression, that they somehow represent the majority and the masses. But imho they don't, not at all. They struggle as hell and the fight for public opinion is being fought as hard as never before. The more people we get to switch TV off and stop consuming mass media, the harder the fight gets for those psychopaths.
