They must have gotten a newly installed water filtration system to add the water and I think the extra airborne grease will add greatly to that sterile environment that is wanted when giving and intramuscular shot. Damn only thing better is having a meal and watch someone violently convulse then die a few feet away. That just puts the cherry on my Mcexperience at dinner and hopefully the family at the table next to me can have fun telling the kids the shots are for their own good and will keep them from dying and do it and not appear to be talking through their ass.
