Not saying it isn't from the jab but I would be curious to know how old this person is. They are describing symptoms similar to schizoaffective disorder and that generally begins in the late teens and early 20's.
The symptoms he describes are also typical of prion diseases which have been predicted which he took.
I'm not as familiar with those diseases as I work with mentally ill patients but I will check out the link.

Occam's Razor. It's much more likely the poster has a mental illness that's been exaggerated by the stress of taking the vaccine.
You are the one jumping through hoops trying to find an alternative explanation. Prion disease has been predicted by a study of the sequences coded for in the mRNA of the Pfizer protein, as well as in the animal model. It would be surprising if they didn't start to get this at some point.
Prion based diseases take years to develop.
Maybe its quicker when they inject you with mRNA to make your body produce proteins that easily fold into prions. According to one article I read, the animal model suggested it will take 1.5 years to develop in the vaccinated.
