Shouldn't we have been seeing ambulances racing to and fro, lights flashing, sirens screeching, the entire last year? Where are they?

There is no visible evidence of a pandemic, except on TV.

I live close to a hospital so I frequently hear ambulances... Guess when the uptick started? Two weeks after they opened a vaccine clinic at our convention center.
