The frustrating thing is that the overpopulation problem was solving itself. White Western nations were becoming overpopulated. Which resulted in lower wages, higher costs of living. Which led to people having fewer kids. Eventually our nation's populations would have levelled off to a sustainable level. The nations populated by the lesser races were overpopulated and their fertile land and water were being used up. Their populations would hit a tipping point, a huge percentage of the population would die of starvation and disease. But then their populations would swing back and forth between over and under populated and eventually settle at sustainable levels. The only reason why nature wasn't left to play out on its own, and balance itself out, is because the parasites in the population would have been exposed. When everything is in balance (or nearly in balance) you can spot the problems; the parasites.
