OSHA made a policy change last month that makes "vaccine" related injuries and illnesses recordable incidents. This means that an employer requiring the vaccine as a condition of employment have liability for these resulting injuries and illnesses just as they would any other OSHA recordable job incident. The change has made some employers change their own vaccine mandate policies to be "recommended" rather than "required". It's a small victory, but OSHA has effectively pinned the liability on companies if they have mandatory vaccination to stay employed.

Wow, didn't know this. That is something positive. I'm wondering if the same applies to the PCR test, if the PCR test swabs are laced with lithium and DARPA hydrogel. I would think employers should also be held liable when they force their employees to get tested.
