This is EXCELLENT!

What would be even better than giving it to your own employer would be to anonymously send it via certified mail to the "Legal Department" via tracked mail of employers around you that you DON'T work for so it stops them from requiring this shit and they can't go after the employee who tells them.

Put a note in it that their receipt of the notification is proven by the tracked mail and will be brought to light if they are ever involved in an employee lawsuit regarding vaccination. Thus they have gotten constructive notification of the hazards.
