I love how employers in the United States want to force their employees to inject something against their voluntary will, but they want to shirk their own responsibility for the consequences of forcing their employees to inject it.

They exist in this realm of zero responsibility.

OSHA made a policy change last month that makes "vaccine" related injuries and illnesses recordable incidents. This means that an employer requiring the vaccine as a condition of employment have liability for these resulting injuries and illnesses just as they would any other OSHA recordable job incident. The change has made some employers change their own vaccine mandate policies to be "recommended" rather than "required". It's a small victory, but OSHA has effectively pinned the liability on companies if they have mandatory vaccination to stay employed.

Wow, didn't know this. That is something positive. I'm wondering if the same applies to the PCR test, if the PCR test swabs are laced with lithium and DARPA hydrogel. I would think employers should also be held liable when they force their employees to get tested.

Pretty much the reason I'm starting my own company from the ground up now. So I don't have to wear a fucking mask.

They'll just fire you for insubordination if you present this.

Why would any employer be opposed to this? Aren't they claiming that the "vaccines" are "safe and effective"?

They believe it only so far as they are told to believe the safety of the injections. You're supposed to believe it as well, presenting something like this is against their policy and belief and therefore is insubordination on your part. You're supposed to accept that they're safe and get it because, at least in the USA, you're at the mercy of at-will employment.

This is EXCELLENT!

What would be even better than giving it to your own employer would be to anonymously send it via certified mail to the "Legal Department" via tracked mail of employers around you that you DON'T work for so it stops them from requiring this shit and they can't go after the employee who tells them.

Put a note in it that their receipt of the notification is proven by the tracked mail and will be brought to light if they are ever involved in an employee lawsuit regarding vaccination. Thus they have gotten constructive notification of the hazards.
