That should be a pretty hard mistake to make? the vaccine centres will just be set up for vaccine injections, they shouldn't require boxes of saline lying around, and what they are doing gets repeatedly checked because they have to keep a record of what version they are using. And afaik they don't have tiny vials of saline, they come in intravenous bags? Someone is dicking around here
