Thankfully their numbers are declining. We are now at a point where people can openly say "retarded" in public or even on YouTube and nothing happens. It is still a crawling pace, but we're moving in the right direction.
I'd like to think they are declining in number, but it seems they are just going silent rather than growing a brain. Either way it's a win for people who are not afraid of reality and call things as they see them. A silent minority is easier to deal with than a vocal majority and these feeble minds are more likely to align to the prevailing winds of change than staunchly stick to their guns. We are turning the tide, but as you say, we are still at a crawling pace and have a lot of ground to cover yet.
I remember a time in high-school when a girl called someone a retarded faggot right in front of a teacher, the teacher chuckled and turned her head so people wouldn't see a teacher laughing at this. We were there before, we can get back there again.

Yes, we will get back to a saner, more reality-based time. We just need to get rid of the whackos and kike-lovers so normalcy can once again flourish. It's coming sure as the nose on a kike's rat face.
Those lying thieving sewer rats can only thrive where people are not allowed to speak the truth. The more truth that is spoken, the sooner those rodents flee.
