I see no problem with this. It will help cut down on over-stay's and will also make it hard for many people to apply at all. This is good. Having a complete freeze on all visa's is better.

Can we just have it rolled out for all African countries? We can wait on South Africa until we pull the whites out of there. I doubt we'll EVER shit on Morocco since they were the first country to recognize the U.S. as a country when our ancestors told the King of England to go fuck himself.

How about ALL countries? No, really. Why do we need anyone else. Also, this should help get people to leave and never come back. That would be super. We can work on allowing the White and (some) Asian nations back in but fuck the rest of the world.
