Yeah, it kind of pisses me off that my power bill goes up because of an "AI Datacenter".

These firms should pay for the utility to build capacity and then be charged commercial rates.

None of this building a green power plant and giving it to the utility. Just write a check and allow the utility to design and build a plant that they will be able to operate and maintain.
