How is this different than Biden's Disinformation Governance Board? Everyone was up in arms about that. Now we are okay with the government deciding what is true and not? I think we need to be careful here. Maybe make it easier to sue for libel, perhaps that will be enough.
I was more strongly against it at first but I really need to see how this law was enforced prior to its repeal.

I agree, however, something needs to be done about the media and politicians incessant lying. it is out of control
