DHS and Homeland Security will still deny anyone based on "Anti-Discrimination" laws, of which the ADL and AIPAC's definition of Antisemitism is actually codified in an EO and possibly into law. So literally anything that doesn't overtly support jews is "Antisemitism" and being against a single jew or even a specific group of jews who have committed any REAL crimes is still classified as "Antisemitism."
