Now I'm guessing but I don't think americans wanted millionaires kids to recieve these grants as in poor people. I guess the parents likely kept most of the cash.

You can bet that Hillary instigated that grant and recieved likely most of it herself. If an audit was done I imagine the Clinton Foundation got a huge donation at the time that grant was recieved maybe an anonymous grant in good will. If they audit thier Foundation a lot of shit will hit the fan like a rocket splattering far and wide.

I expect that whatever happened with the money will be legal and above board given that this is all just income support for the political class that made the governing laws for this.

Transparency is needed here but I think expecting arrests will leave one disappointed.

I would also like to see this stuff cut dollar for dollar or better in the next budget, but this I also doubt

Think about your own foundation that you start. No way in hell you'll be granted a million. Maybe you get $50 if you're very lucky.

That's just a way to put a back door in for Hillary telling the other dems to keep giving cash to USAID since they all likely like the man that runs the thing do their own fraud but need dirty pols to keep reupping the fund yearly.
