This is a good start, a better way would be to completely shut them off. Revoke visas and trade agreements, cancel imports and exports. Most importantly, cancel any form of aid coming from taxpayers, remittances, and any aid (church based, NGO, medical) passing through or originating from the US. Then send those fuckers to El Salvador.

This should be the policy for any foreign government trying to screw us through diplomacy (or lack thereof). She lied and married to brother to game the system. Her citizenship should be revoked and she and all her incest babies should be sent back to Somalia.
