Is every auto manufacturer advertising sport and speed now liable for every car accident, or every fast food restaurant with cartoon characters liable for teenage Type II?
A much better predatory advertising lawsuit would be against the manufacturers of serotonin inhibitors who show happy people enjoying life, when the result is actually increased mania and utter self destruction, often with a huge blast radius of bystanders.
