Currently it is only illegal to vote if you are not a citizen. It is not illegal to *register* to vote. We need to fix that. Also, every illegal that has even registered is showing motivation to commit a crime, every person/org giving them registration forums are showing conspiracy and sedition and need to go to jail. Use the voter roles to check citizenship. If you are not a citizen and are registered to vote now we have a registry on who to deport and ban from the USA for life.
