It doesn't matter if these illegal invaders "vote" or not. What matters is that there is a ballot cast in their name. One need not show up to vote to have a ballot cast in their name since ballots have replaced the concept of votes as the decider of an election. The disconnect between a vote and a ballot has be codified now and ballots will be manufactured as needed to render the desired outcome. We already have seen this happen. Expect it to be more blatant now.
