Above and beyond any decision on Trump's document "farce of a case", I would really love for SCOTUS to come out and say Jack Smith is an "illegal" Special Counsel.

When is Garland going to roll a tear drop and pull out some kind of 2nd generation fake holocaust card and try to get sympathy again? Last time he pulled that trick it turns out his grandparents emigrated BEFORE WW2, and he himself and parents were born in USA, so he can't play that card.
