Is that every "Legal or permanent citizen" in the US or every person in the US? Spread the load to those criminal illegal's to let them know when they owe by being here. Who am I kidding.. They would never make the illegals pay. That would just be racist or something.

I'm that guy, too. If I remember correctly, he uses the US Census data to calculate that number. Illegals only count when the left can use them to gain seats in the US House.
