If it's up to we, the people, it should not be limited to 35 years old.
Tests can be faked far to easily. Or influenced. Far harder to fake age. I think maybe 72 should be the limit.
I've always thought 35 was probably too young. One needs a great education and a lot of real life experience in the world in order to best govern it. The founding fathers did not want life long career politicians. Roosevelt was the youngest at 42 when first elected. Biden was oldest at 78. Here's the

In the 1700s it wasn't young. I'm not sure how I feel about it now. It's probably fine.
35 is young, but is there a need to put a number on it and officially outlaw it? I think Biden and Trump prove that an upper age limit is needed. I think they're both in cognitive mental decline. Countless videos of them rambling, not even to say words, making nonsensical sentences.
Show me Trump making nonsensical sentences. I've never seen it.
