The "looking around" during "Qanon music" (what the hell is Qanon music?) Is Trump's routine delivery for that part of his speech, a pause with a very melancholy perspective (and shaking his head st how fucked up the country has become) before he starts the monologue that goes along with it. You should listen to some of Trump's full speeches and you will see how Pakman has nothing. But with a little marxist magic; exaggeration, a dose of projection, a measure of not knowing things that are known he attempts to portray Trump's mental state as being worse than Biden. Total Fail at cobbling that narrative together.
Don't watch Pakman or Amy Goodman unless you are a Marxist/Communist and don't want to know the truth.
