Make a stupid fucking loophole for your buddies.. Don't be supprised after everyone else catches on and uses it too. Then again, that is probably the point. They expect everyone to use the loophole so everything about this stupid fucking "$20 min wage" is intended to fail no matter what. Can you expect any company to pay $20/hr (~40k/yr) for low tier unskilled work while they import millions of illegal alien's that will work for $5/hr under the table?
