I assume it's like any other state with the 2/3rds overriding it but that just doesn't happen often. Especially if people don't show up for the vote. This is one of the most corrupt states I've lived in and I've lived in a ton of states. I think it was 10 last I counted. I even ran for office in one.

aaaye i spent about 8 years there when i was in my highschool years. luckily i was in the country side a good bit away from the border so it wasnt that bad.
