I'm under the impression that it's only going to be owner operators that can afford to refuse to go there. They'll pick up and drop elsewhere. General freight companies will continue to run as normal. Contract carriers will stay running, FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc. Other carriers can move loads as needed, but they'd need to be lined up.

Tl;Dr: While there may be an initial hiccup with the overall supply chain, it will get sorted out quickly.

They should just refuse to drive into New York state all together.

Prices will go up when the supply of available trucks goes down. It may not be an embargo, but it will have an effect.

Farmers need to get in on this as well.

When the trucks stop going to jew york, the filthy jews will just get their own trucks or worse use robot trucks.
