That's a great idea! Splits the Haley vote with the hypothetical Manchin vote and might take some votes away from the potential Kennedy vote, with a large dosage of predictable distaste and aversion for a VP Romney. Let them play out their scheme now that Biden is headed for the trash can.

Manchin and Romney were unofficially floating the idea about 4-6 months ago, kind of a ressurection of the UniParty "No Labels" brand IIRC. The idea sunk fast back then.
