This is on the R party for all states' primaries. They need a rule that requires R party membership at least 60 days prior to be eligible for voting in a primary. At general election, this party switching would not be as serious an issue as the cheating dems would keep their party affiliation to cheat their dem into office.
Edit to add: This is how the dems do it. Loophole: Dems vote in the R primary and immediately on the way out the door at voting location, they fill out a form to say they are 'undeclared'. The primary rules allow the 'undeclared' to vote in the primary on that primary election day and choose the ballot for Rs or dems that they will vote on. https://trendingpoliticsnews.com/biden-voter-tells-cnn-knab
