Is there a way to get them day 1? a) Periodically everyone signs under penalty of perjury with penalty of loss of job that they aren't involved in misinformation or disinformation campaigns in partnership with NGOs b) When NGOs file lawsuits get names of government employees they worked with. Immediately depose government workers to nail down the information they staked their job on.

I know Trump is talking the big talk about cleaning house, putting everyone in jail, etc. but I have very little faith that he will do so.
