Rs are trying to lose house and senate in anticipation of Trump winning Presidency. They need to be losers to the dems. Rs are the "washington generals" loser team in the Uniparty show to the dems' harlem globetrotters antics. The Uniparty puts on the show and does ridiculous crazy shit and the Rs play the part of the fools who can't get a point or hold the ball and that we already know are gonna lose. Rs like the 'generals' play by the rules and are not allowed to interfere in the tricks of the dems ('globetrotters')
