The problem with DIE is it's values and that it values DIE over fairness. It's not fair that you worked to develop talent to get a job and a company instead needs to check a box and hire by melanin or faggotry. It's not fair that you just want to do your job but you have to include faggotry issues at the meeting and pretend that the man in the dress isn't a freak imposing non-work crap into your space. It's not fair that your work place demands that you believe you got where you're at by privilege instead of ability and therefore it is okay to close opportunities from you and berate you for your perceived ancestry.
