I think we knew more about the illegals in our country back in 2003, most came to America with the desire to become a good American citizen. Now we have millions of newly arrived foreign nationals, many with ill intent, many from prisons and mental hospitals, don't even speak English. It doesn't exactly sound like a formula for success to me.
