Carter was a horrible president with horrible politics, but from what I've seen he and his wife were good Christian people outside of politics.

I would not put it far past the kabbal that this is their intent.

I read some of these dog comm posts/comments. The dog comm is thought to be sent when one of the cabal puppets feels threatened or vulnerable, they will send out a dog comm. I never quite developed a clear understanding of how they are using it.
