I'm sure the question is rhetorical in nature because the answer is obvious: we are under occupation. We have no government. What used to suffice as our government was sold off to corporations and foreign governments. We are enemies of foreign forces. If you take 15 minutes to look at our domestic institutions, they all fail us: DOD, FDA, CDC, ADA, FBI, CIA, NEA, military, police, libraries, healthcare system... and the list goes on and on. Literally everything, every domestic institution has been weaponized against us. Just so we don't feel alone here, this same phenomenon is/has happened in most every country all over the world in a coordinated attack.
