The judge has been very clearly biased.
(((Arthur Engoron)))
Engoron started his legal career at Olwine, Connelly, Chase, O'Donnell & Weyher, a now-defunct firm. He then worked for Pryor Cashman from 1981 to 1983, leaving to pursue a musical career. He spent seven years teaching how to play the piano and drums.[2] In 1991, he became a law clerk for Judge Michael Schoenfeld.[2][4] Engoron has been a member of the American Civil Liberties Union since 1994.[1][3][5]
In 2003, Engoron won an election to join the New York City Civil Court as a judge. In 2013, he was appointed as an acting justice for the New York Supreme Court, and ran unopposed for a permanent position in 2015.[1][2] Personal life
Engoron is a fan of pop culture references, frequently using them in his rulings.[1][6] He has drafted and pitched a screenplay for a historical romantic drama about a Holocaust survivor.[7]
Wtf. Judges should not be appointed in the first place, if they are clearly politically biased and motivated. Every single case he has overseen is tainted and should be reexamined.
