Cutting budget != cutting regulations. All this does is increase delays. Trump had the right idea because he actually reduced regulations.

True, but this wiould slow the bleeding until GEOTUS Trump returns. Let's see what the Senate does. Biden will veto if the Senate passes, appears the House doesn't have the votes to overturn.
