Place I work uses Siemon ethernet cables. I'm really surprised at how well those things are built, I'll bet you could hang 2-300lbs with them.

They sound like good old US made cables. I think I have some 20+ year old ethernet cables stashed away in a box of cables from my cubicle days, but mine are probably too short to be handy.

These are fairly short, but I think they could be useful in most situations. Just have to get creative with hookup methods.
