Not if done properly. Make sure you know the replacements ahead of time. They'd need to be patriots as well. Hell, maybe the snipers themselves are the replacements. Then take out your targets.

You'd have a small window of opportunity to take on the real threat before subversion. One shot to remove the head of the snake. Go straight to genocide. Leave no Canaanite alive. Go scorched earth. Not a single kike gene should remain on the earth. This will be the only way there will ever be true peace on earth.

I looked this up to see what President Trump is up against. This is a tough situation, and anything goes. In this lawfare case to inflict financial damage on President Trump, there is no jury, the judge is the finder of fact and makes the rulings based on his own findings.

Looking at several articles, I found an article that said : "A judge who makes an error of law will have their findings overturned on appeal. It is extremely difficult to overturn a finding of facts."

The appeals court gives deference to the trial judge if they are the finder of fact. But if there is no info in the court record from which a reasonable judge could have reached that decision, then it can be appealed.

Trump provided numerous facts - his valuations, independent valuations, bank valuations, disclaimers, sales records, etc. I think Trump was thorough in submissions. If there was ever a good chance at overturning "finding of facts", I think Trump has covered the necessary bases.
