I've seen enough evidence (flight tracking, explosion video, small impasct crater, standing hospital after the blast, burnt cars) to lead me to believe it was simply an errant hamas low tech missile that fell far short in the parking lot, full of unspent fuel, burning cars and killing a dozen people who were in the parking lot. The hospital is still standing and incurred minimal if any damage.
I think the whole hamas incursion was a (((psyop))) to enable israel to destroy/invade Palestine. I have seen no credible evidence of claimed decapitated babies, burnt babies, israeli dead bodies, etc. I see a serious lack of hard proof and plethora of questionable events. But in the case of the missile and this hospital, I think it was an errant low tech hamas missile. If it had been a high tech israeli missile, it would have hit the target and flattened the hospital.

Hospital officials also said they had received calls from Israel saying “we warned you to evacuate twice.” Israel has demanded that all hospitals in northern Gaza be evacuated.
Following the strike on the hospital, Hananya Naftali, a “digital aide” to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, posted on X, formerly Twitter: “Israeli Air Force struck a Hamas terrorist base inside a hospital in Gaza.” The post was quickly deleted.
