Oct 15 is the filing deadline for NV, but several GOP are going around it, including Trump, to instead have a party caucus in February. Is this the same technique that will slide in Mr. Moochelle for the dems?

I think it's the easiest way for the Dems to add Big Mike to the ticket after Biden decides not to run. Kennedy has already announced his run as an independent.
