He doesn't have to sign it. The legislature is veto proof in favor of the jews. He can "play" politics and afford to look like a (((moderate))) then the legislature overrides the veto at which point he can claim the people want this as the legislature (((represents))) the people.

This is nothing more than a scam to try to win votes from people in states that aren't as nutso as Commiefornia.
