The UAW supported Clinton in 1992 who then went and signed NAFTA. Bush 41 would have signed it too. If they really wanted to preserve the auto industry in America they would have supported Ross Perot!

Knowing this makes it hard to be sympathetic to the union workers.

It is also interesting Perot points out the problems with lobbyists which still hasn't been dealt with.
