It was clearly planned before hand. Sometimes timing sucks. Or do you believe he and all the callers are constantly waiting for someone better spoken to address the mayor? No one would have seen the guy you reference. Now the video has a much broader audience. I'm open to the notion he's not what he says he is. But this doesn't appear to be that proof. You should create a post explaining your position and supporting evidence.
