the rights of crime victims supersede the constitutional rights of all New Mexico citizens.

People living under your tyranny are now victims and you need to be removed, using your own argument. Citizens are now victims of your crimes.

.

There is no such thing as a state public health emergency exception to the U.S. Constitution.

Here is the tactic the jews are using: move the Overton window so people accept calling something a health emergency in order to override the constitution. It doesn't matter if it's legal or not. We already see the criminals don't follow the law.

I don't expect there would be consequences nowadays, but if an elected official, in a position of power intentionally violated their oath of office, or pledge, promise or whatever you want to call it, just to make a point, shouldn't they be handled in some way? Like spanked really hard or something? What the he'll is going on here? Is this really going to become normal? I don't really need an answer. Just don't want to violate the tos with...words n stuff.
